These terms cover your use of the Parcel Intel Jamaica desktop app and this website, provided by Parcel Intel ("we"). By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
The app helps you find parcel and property tax information by reading listing pages and public services you direct it to. A free plan and a paid Pro subscription are available, as described on the pricing section of this website.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. A Pro license key is for your own use. You may not share or resell it, or try to bypass the plan limits.
Subscriptions and payment
Pro is billed monthly in US dollars until you cancel. Payments are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period and then returns to the free plan. See the refund policy.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the app and the information it shows. This includes following the terms of use of any website or service you access through it, and any law that applies to personal information such as owner names.
Accuracy of information
Information comes from third-party pages and public services, and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It is not legal, financial, survey or valuation advice. Confirm important details with the official source or a qualified professional.
Availability
The app depends on third-party sites that can change or stop working at any time. We aim to fix problems, but we do not guarantee that any feature or data source will always be available.
No affiliation
Parcel Intel Jamaica is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Land Agency, Tax Administration Jamaica or any listing site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
