Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Parcel Intel Jamaica and this website, provided by Parcel Intel.
In the app
Your lookups run on your own computer. On the Pro plan, saved history is kept in a local file on your computer. We do not receive your searches or results.
To perform a lookup, the app contacts the listing site you entered, the National Land Agency map service and the property tax service. Those sites receive what is needed to answer the request, such as your IP address and the details you look up.
Payments and license keys
Lemon Squeezy processes payments as merchant of record and receives your payment and billing details. We do not see your full card number. We receive order details such as your name and email address so we can provide your subscription and support.
The app contacts Lemon Squeezy to check your license key. That check shares your license key and basic device information needed to activate it.
This website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers.

If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
